Less than 20 yards from the back door to the private sandy beach that comes with a dock and it's very own boat slip. There is 3 units that have access to the dock and the boat slips and each unit gets their very own slip on the dock. This is the end unit where both sides look out over the lake and you have magnificent views from every window in the unit. Kitchen window.. lake view, bathroom window.. lake view, upper bedroom windows.. yup lake view on both sides. Spend a day on the lake whether boating, fishing, or splashing around. Dry off and then take a walk, hop on your bike, or skateboard and a couple minutes later you will be in downtown Excelsior where you might pinch yourself on the way just to make sure you're not dreaming as that is exactly what this little town feels like, a Fairy tale! Throughout the summer enjoy concerts in the park, watch fireworks off the dock or grab an ice cream cone from the lakeside ice cream stand and try to lick it all before it melts down your hand. If you would rather just relax with a cold beverage on the patio I cannot think of many better spots other than right in your own backyard! Take in the sunset and then head Inside where there are many updates and the whole unit has been pretty much transformed in the last 12 ish years. New Hvac, added spray foam insulation, newer windows, beautiful hardwood floors with spaces that flow seamlessly together. 3 bedrooms up with an awesome private suite and of course it overlooks the lake from every window in the room.
