With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Kevin has expertise in new home construction, bank-owned properties, luxury homes, commercial, and of course, buying and selling residential real estate. Real estate transactions are complex, the Sharkeys know them and make them understandable. They bring a wealth of experience to their clients, and as we all know, experience counts.

As avid pet rescuers, they currently have three rescued cats and one lovable goof of a dog. Kevin is also a woodworker and builds and donates Free Libraries throughout the year. Linda has studied to become a Master Gardener and fills their home with all sorts of plants and flowers for the cats to occasionally knock over.
