With over 38 years of experience in the real estate industry and a longstanding career with CENTURY 21 since 1988, I bring extensive knowledge in customer service, agent support, and transaction management. As a licensed real estate agent, I have worked with a large and diverse client base while mentoring and training many new agents throughout my career.

As an Associate Relocation Director, I have helped agents better serve relocation clients by providing guidance and support throughout the transaction process. My experience in mortgage and title operations has also given me valuable insight into how agents, loan officers, and closers can work together to create smoother transactions for clients.

In addition, I have authored numerous accredited online continuing education courses covering a variety of real estate topics, helping agents stay informed and current within the industry.
