Sarah House went out of her way to ensure that two complicated sales closed on time.
On the first sale, the sellers live in the Twin Cities. Easements were required to be signed and recorded prior to closing. Sarah drove to the Twin Cities to get the seller's signature and later, discovered a mistake on the deed which she corrected. Sarah drove to the Twin Cities again to get signatures, then drove up to Detroit Lakes to get the other seller's signature and then drove back to Fergus Falls to record the document on time. She did all of this during the middle of a snowstorm!
Sarah had another "hot property" that she showed to her Buyer. The Buyer wanted to see a 66-page Easement before an offer was made. The Seller's agent did not have the document. Sarah obtained permission to drive to the Seller's (whom she did not represent) to obtain the required document. She then presented the Document to her Buyer who then made a very strong offer for the property and Sarah's client's offer was accepted!
