We’re proud to share some exciting news! CENTURY 21 Atwood has received the 2026 CENTURY 21 Art Bartlett 2100 Cup Award, the highest company-level recognition within the CENTURY 21 network. This honor means a great deal to us, as it reflects the dedication, hard work, and commitment to service that our team brings to its work every day.
Our story began in 1867, when Edwin H. Atwood founded a real estate and mortgage loan business in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. Six generations later, we’re still building on that legacy, serving Minnesota communities and helping people navigate important real estate decisions. While our company has grown and changed over the years, our commitment to personal service, strong relationships, and high ethical standards remains at the heart of what we do.
More Than Real Estate
Being part of the communities we serve has always been important to us. Through our community involvement and the Atwood Foundation, we’ve contributed more than $1 million to local causes. We believe that being a good real estate company also means giving back and supporting the people and places that have helped shape our story.
We’re grateful to our agents, staff, clients, and community members who have been part of this journey. Their trust and support have helped us grow while staying true to the values that have guided our family business for generations.
A Team Achievement We’re Proud to Celebrate
Receiving the Art Bartlett 2100 Cup Award is a milestone for our entire organization. We see this recognition as a reflection of the people behind our company and the care they put into serving clients and supporting one another.
As we look ahead, we remain focused on building lasting relationships, providing exceptional real estate service, and continuing to make a positive impact in the Minnesota communities we call home.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of the CENTURY 21 Atwood story. We’re honored by this recognition and excited for what comes next!
